Delivery Info


Frrutto has different delivery policy based on the category of fruit purchase in order to retain the freshness and quality of fruits.

For Fruits in Store & Fruit Combo Packs:
  • Fruits will be delivered on the Next Day of Order as per the standard delivery process.

  • You can also choose your Preferred Date of Delivery at the time of checkout.

  • For any changes in the preferred day of delivery or the address to be delivered, Kindly contact Frrutto’s customer care.

  • Frrutto’s Customer Care is open Monday through Saturday between, 10 AM – 7 PM. The Customer Care number is +91 80 560 65656.

For Fruit Subscription:
  • Fruits will be delivered on the preferred day chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.

  • Fruits will be delivered every week till the subscription expires.

  • Fruits will be delivered anytime between 1 PM – 9 PM on the preferred day.

  • Customers should contact the customer care for any changes in the preferred day of delivery or the address to be delivered.

For Gift Baskets:
  • Customers can choose the Preferred Date of Delivery.

  • Delivery on any other preferred date chosen the customer will be eligible for Free Home Delivery.

  • Our Delivery Team works between 1 PM – 9 PM. Customers are requested to choose a preferred time window within the working hours of the delivery team.

Quality Policy

Frrutto Fresh India Pvt. Ltd. adopts world class packing and grading system to deliver the best quality of fruits to your home. Quality is a key value proposition that we promise to the customers and this promise drives all departments of Frrutto Fresh India Pvt.Ltd. towards our vision of “delivering fresh fruits close to nature, from the farm to your home”

Frrutto recommends the buyers to check the fruits at the time of delivery and don’t accept the packet if it is not sealed. For any doubts, please call the customer care.

Fruits are agricultural produce and perishable item; hence any complaint made after 24 hrs of delivery will not be entertained.

In cases where the quality of Fruits at the time of delivery or within 24 hours from the time of delivery is not meeting the assured standards, replacement will be made within 48 hours from the time of complaint made by the customer.

Customers can contact our customer care to register their complaints and appropriate actions will be taken immediately.

Exchange and Reimbursement Process:

If there are any complaints with respect to the Freshness and Quality of fruits, the customer should launch a complain within 24 hours, by calling our customer care or sending mail to contact@frrutto.com

The replacement for the delivered fruits will be made within 48 hours from the time of launching a complaint.

In cases of reimbursements, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the mode of payment by the customer. If the customer has paid by Card, the amount will be refunded only to the credit card and not by cash.

Customers who bought it through Cash on Delivery option will get reimbursements in the form of Cheque issued by Frrutto Fresh India Pvt. Ltd.

In cases of “Exchanges” the customer will not be charged extra for the additional packing and delivery cost.
